    "Issues with Xdebug and PhpStorm"

    Summary:
    Trying to setup Xdebug with PhpStorm and it does not work properly. I was happy running this with Netbeans and Eclipse. I have attempted to install Xdebug several times with PhpStorm and I still keep getting a connection error. I am going back to Eclipse using the PDT plug-in. I don't like phpStorm.
