  "Weak tool, bad UI, built to over-estimate quality"

  Summary:
  The tool itself is quite weak, and the UI looks and feels thrown together will little thought. This is not likely to go anywhere, and Evans is probably just wasting its time on it.rnrnThe tool itself is likely by construction to skew evaluations towards the positive. Since rating seems to be only possible by writing a full-text review, Evans is likely to only get the extremes of the scale. And it's far more likely that someone will take the time to write an extensive review if they really like a product than if they really dislike it. rnrnI tried it out, but I'm not likely to visit this site again.

  "Weak community; Microsoft dictates pretty much everything"

  Summary:
  There's little space in .NET for innovation by 3rd parties, which tends to mean that frameworks and libraries are either built-in, or they are poor-cousin copies of work done in other languages/framework. Microsoft has some very good engineers, but they are not perfect, and .NET stands or falls exclusively on their heads.
  
  Not my first, second or third choice for software development. I pretty much avoid it unless I have to use it.
