The information our users provide is absolutely confidential. When a user registers on the website, we ask a few basic questions to verify the user. We do not sell or disclose this personal information to anyone at any time.

Evans Data respects the privacy of all of its users. This Privacy Policy outlines what personally identifiable information is collected, how the information is used, with whom the information may be shared, and the security procedures in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control. Non-Personal Information We Collect

To register with Evans Data, we require users to submit Personally Identifiable Information. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personally Identifiable Information they submit to Evans Data. Without registration to the Evans Data website, the only information we may collect is Non-Personal Information through the use of cookies or Web Beacons.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements around the site and gather information about our user base as a whole.

By using Evans Data websites you are accepting the capture of Non-Personal Information. To opt-out of cookie or data tracking users must set their browser to reject cookies. Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

A. Registration

We collect Personally Identifiable Information, such as name, email address, country and company that our users provide to us when they register on Evans Data website. We use the Personally Identifiable Information to gather opinions on important topics, answer questions, send emails about website maintenance and updates and verification of user authentication. Personally Identifiable Information collected through registration will be used only by Evans Data and its operations contractors, and will not be given or sold to a third party without the user’s consent. You will never receive email from any third party as a result of using the Evans Data site or participating in Evans Data website activities, unless you specifically opt to do so. Without providing Personally Identifiable Information users will have limited access to Evans Data websites.

B. Retention of Personally Identifiable Information

Where you have requested deletion or modification of your Personally Identifiable Information, we may keep just enough of your personal information to ensure that we comply with your request to not use your personal information. C. Emails You Send to Evans Data

This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions to Evans Data by email. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email.

D. Emails Evans Data Send

Aside from personally identifiable information, Evans Data may, in the course of interacting with users, gather other types of information ("Operating Information"). Evans Data users receive emails periodically depending on their stated preferences. Users may opt out from receiving emails.

E. Children

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Evans Data is not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 14. You must be at least 14 years old to register with Evans Data websites.

B. Disclosure to Evans Data Operations and Maintenance Contractors

These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, or external data or other content. Access to Personally Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for Evans Data. We also contractually require that our operations and maintenance contractors 1) protect the privacy of Personally Identifiable Information consistent with this Privacy Policy, and 2) not use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information for any purpose other than providing us with products and services.

Data Security and Responsibility

Your Personal Information and Operating Information will generally be stored in our Evans Data databases, which are located in the United States. Evans Data uses firewalls to protect information held on our servers, and requires all employees to abide by our Privacy Policy and be subject to disciplinary action if they violate it. Evans Data also backs up our systems to protect the integrity of the Personally Identifiable and Personal information we collect.

Despite our efforts to protect the Personally Identifiable Information and Personal information of our panelists, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security systems or that transmissions of information over the Internet will be intercepted. However, Evans Data will always be vigilant in minimizing such risk to the best of our ability.
